The Rec Center - St. Louis Park, MN

In this project Minnesota Controls was able retrofit an existing outdated pneumatic system replacing it with a modern Niagara 4 based energy management system. This resulted in significant energy savings as well as uncompromised control.

Woodwinds Hospital - Woodbury, MN

Minnesota Controls is proud to be part of this major EMS upgrade to 5 operating rooms. Replacing an outdated Honeywell Excel 500 system to a Modern Honeywell N4 Webs Platform as well as a building wide EMS upgrade proving our expertise counts where it matters most.

University Of Northwestern - St. Paul, MN

Minnesota Controls was selected to preform a campus wide upgrade migrating an existing Honeywell AX system to a Honeywell Niagara 4. We were also able to assist with recommissioning the existing EMS controllers bringing standardization to the entire campus. ​

​Metropolitan Council - Minneapolis, MN

Minnesota Controls is one of the preferred controls contractors for the Metropolitan Council. We have multiple installations at Metro Transit sites including bus maintenance facilities and LRT stations and facilities through out the metro. Also we manage existing BMS solutions combining several existing platforms into a single user friendly interface.

MPLS Public Schools - Minneapolis, MN

Minnesota Controls is one of the preferred controls contractors for Minneapolis Public Schools. We have multiple installations though out Minneapolis both retrofit and new construction. ​

Prime Therapeutics - Edina, MN

Minnesota Controls provides EMS controls for multiple Prime Therapeutics sites managing both existing Alerton and Honeywell EMS systems as well as new construction projects providing Honeywell Niagara 4 solutions. Also MN Controls was selected to preform the controls install at Prime's new headquarters in Eagan MN.

United Health Group - Minnetonka, MN

Minnesota Controls is proud to be the preferred controls contractor of United Health Group. We service and manage several BMS systems at multiple campuses in the metro area. We also provide solutions to remodels and new construction projects for United Health Group.
